Breakfast:- banana frappe - use 1 banana and 1,5 dl of milk
Between breakfast and lunch:- 40 g of dried fruit - apples, apricots, plums, pears...
Lunch:- pasta in mushroom sauce
- pasta 40g
- sauce: mushrooms 200 g, smashed garlic, cooking cream or yogurt 2 tbspns, salt, pepper, milled nuts, spices
Between lunch and dinner:- integral pastry
- cheese 30g
Dinner:- integral bread - 1 slice
- fresh cheese
- salad: mango, vinegar 1 tbspn, orange juice 3 tbspns, salt, chili pepper
