  • use cold water, and bring it to boil
  • after the boiling, and removing the kettle, leave the water for up to 3 minutes
  • pour the water over the tea bag or tea, leave it for 3 minutes, and than remove the tea bag or tea
  • cool the tea for 3 more minutes

Banana as cellulite fighting food:
