- 40 g of dried fruit - apples, apricots, plums, pears...
- chicken breasts in hot sauce with cooked rice
- vegetable soup
- sauce: yogurt, olive oil, salt, chili peppers
Between lunch and dinner:
- orange
- integral bread 50g
- salad: green salad, 1 hard boiled egg sliced, ham 50g, orange juice 4 tbspns, salt, chili pepper
- use tofu or seitan instead of meat
