Cellulite diet - day 1

Breakfast:
  • 1 yogurt or 1.5 dl of milk
  • honey tbspn
  • cereals
  • pear
Between breakfast and lunch:
  • 40 g of dried fruit - apples, apricots, plums, pears...
Lunch:
  • chicken breasts in hot sauce with cooked rice
  • vegetable soup
  • sauce: yogurt, olive oil, salt, chili peppers
*Vegetarian lunch:
  • soy and cooked vegetables instead of meat
Between lunch and dinner:
  • orange
Dinner:
  • integral bread 50g
  • salad: green salad, 1 hard boiled egg sliced, ham 50g, orange juice 4 tbspns, salt, chili pepper
*Vegetarian dinner:
  • use tofu or seitan instead of meat
This diet will help you lose and control cellulite. It contains many of the well known cellulite fighting food. This diet is not insane crush diet, it's a complete nutrition pyramid, just adapted to be the most beneficial for cellulite reduction and prevention.
