Cellulite diet - day 5

Breakfast:
  • 1 yogurt or 1.5 dl of milk
  • honey tbspn
  • cereals
  • apple
Between breakfast and lunch:
  • 40 g of dried fruit - apples, apricots, plums, pears...
Lunch:
  • pork chops
  • sauce: cucumber, paprika, orange juice 2 tbspns, vinegar 1 tbspn, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce
  • whole weed bread
*Vegetarian lunch:
  • soy and cooked vegetables instead of meat
Between lunch and dinner:
  • pineapple 1/2
Dinner:
  • integral bread 50g
  • ham 30g
  • salad: carrot, broccoli, green salad, yogurt, orange juice 1 tbspn, salt, chili pepper, mustard
*Vegetarian dinner:
  • use tofu or seitan instead of meat
This diet will help you lose and control cellulite. It contains many of the well known cellulite fighting food. This diet is not insane crush diet, it's a complete nutrition pyramid, just adapted to be the most beneficial for cellulite reduction and prevention.
